Parke County Covered Bridge Festival Schedule of Events

Daily Events

Headquarters on the Rockville square -- Arts, crafts, farmers' market and all the food you can eat. Fridays and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Monday through Thursday and Sundays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pick up free route maps and Rockville location map at the Tour Booth or Information Booth.

Guided covered bridge tours -- Tour Booth, south side of the Rockville square, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. weekdays; 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for children younger than age 12, lap sitters free. Groups welcome; call (765) 569-5226. See covered bridges and make stops in quaint villages for arts, crafts, and food with a local guide to tell the history and lore of the bridges.

Television station WTWO, Channel 2 entertainment area -- Special entertainment will be offered. Check the schedule of events for specifics.

Radio station WAXI -- Daily broadcasts will be made from the Big Tent. Tune to 104.9 FM for festival information and traffic updates.

Native American Gathering -- See more than 30 units from several states at the gathering in Montezuma. Powwow, story telling, dancing and authentic crafts handmade on site. Join in the circle and dance.

Billie Creek Village -- Daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays and Monday 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. General Store open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Daily, music by Vickie & Crew, Nancy Rooney. Ride the shuttle to the village from Rockville square.

Covered Bridge Art Gallery -- North side of the Rockville square. Open daily, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. View and purchase original works of Parke County artists.

Parke County Historical Museum -- Three blocks west of Rockville square. See Parke County history come alive. Admission $1.

Rockville merchants -- Businesses will be open until 8 p.m. during the festival. The brick-lined streets of Rockville offer shops, antique and gift malls and other stores.

Noon -- Native American Gathering in Montezuma, admission $2

12:30 p.m. -- Quilt auction on the square

7:30 p.m. -- Gospel concert at Rockville High School, sponsor Rockville Baptist Church
